Frida’s Place

Went to the mariachi festival at a local park and was craving street tacos. I'm so happy I found this place. As I arrived I was doubtful because it doesn't look appealing since it's very small and next to a market you can almost miss it. Very small parking lot and the sign is not very visible. It does not look like a restaurant at all. Small place with about 3 tables inside and 2 tables outside. Do not let any of this discourage you from trying the food. You will not be disappointed. The food is great and even better the prices are beyond fair. The workers are really nice and welcoming. My kids and I couldn't stop saying how good the street tacos were. Best we've ever had!! We tried the chicken, pastor and asada tacos with red and green sauce. The meat was cooked so perfectly and the tacos had enough meat. Both of the hot salsas were delicious. I liked their napkin holder and salt shaker. Cool painted walls. Good music is played too. Go try them out you will not be disappointed.

Have gone twice since their opening in May. Super yummy food, finally a place that has freshly made tacos de chicharron. They call them chales (pork belly) with freshly made tortillas. I feel they are fair prices.$2 for a taco, $3 with the handmade big tortilla. Al pastor is very good. Chile relleno plate was delish! Will be trying more stuff out so far everything has been A1 👌🏼

I had the chales plate and some tacos (Carne Asada, El Pastor, Birria, Carnitas) and the shrimp 🍤 cocktail…Everything is homemade and tortillas are thick! If you eat here you will NOT be disappointed!

Today had the ceviche and it was good (Puerto Vallarta style)

Fair prices, the birria burrito was well over average, an easy 8.2 rating on that burrito with the rojosauce, chicken enchiladas were decent.. 5.6 rating, the corn tortillas within the enchiladas tasted kind of old, and their horchata was probably the best I've had in the area. We will definitely be returning to Fridas Place for more burritos. Thank yallz for opening up and serving us homestyle mexican food.
