They were very professional and friendly! Sally gave me a great haircut. I had never been there before and was very happy. The only reason they don't get a 5 is because one of the other stylists allowed her customer to not wear a mask. I thought that was wrong and when I return, I will make it clear that I won't be in there unless EVERYONE wears a mask.

Second time I go in with no appointment and i get seated for a hair cut within minutes. Very happy with my trim outcome and they actually listen to what you want and don't just cut based on what they know to do or are use to. Overall will be back to drop by unannounced again.

I have been a customer of Denise for many years. She has always done an excellent job with my hair. Some of the other girls I have known for years also. They are always friendly, professional and give you what you want. Denise trys to accomidate you anyway she can. I have had bad experiences at other salons in the past. I won't go anywhere else.

I personally don't like to post bad reviews. I have gone to this place to do my eyebrows a few times in the past though this time was horrible. I went in and I was not welcomed in the 3 women that work there were having a conversation that seemed buged as soon as i walked in they just starred at me "like what do you want" look. Didn't ask what i needed and when finally i said something she starred at me for 5 secs and told me to sit in an awkward position. She criticized my eyebrows and then while doing my eyebrows she was having a conversation with the other women. When she finally finished. I looked at my eyebrows and wasn't pleased so i told her they looked uneven but she kept justifying herself by saying she didn't mess with my shape and only cleaned it up didn't care to fix it. And i kept telling her. But i wasn't going to argue with her so i just payed her and left . Yes they might probably treat their usual customers well but thats wrong to treat others that way.. I wouldn't Recommend anyone new here👎👎👎👎👎

I've received two haircuts here, and my husband, one, from Esther. Usually driving to Temecula and paying top dollar for decent cut, I was nervous about trying this salon. I was pleasantly surprised at the great cuts we received from Esther and saved 50% of what I usually pay. I have no knowledge of the other cosmetologists who work here, but Esther is experienced and excellent.
