Fast Tire & Auto Service

Got a sidewall puncture in one of my EV tires on a Saturday while delivering Amazon packages in Lake Elsinore. Called a few well known tire shops in the area and they didn't want my business. It was about 1:00 PM. Called Fast Tire and Auto Service. They said they were busy but would fit me in. On arrival the counter person said please be patient and mention the jobs ahead of me. Twenty five minutes later I hit the road 👍

I usually don't ever write reviews but they saved my families life. This was my 3rd tire shop of the day and Im glad I found them. Best prices and great service from Ed and Eddie. Came in for one tire for my wife's car and Eddie saw that I needed 2 more because of the wear on them. I was a little strapped for cash but Ed wasn't gonna let me leave and put me and my family at risk and gave me a great deal for 3 tires. I'm a tire lifer here. Thanks you guys we appreciate it. They'll take care of you don't go anywhere else.

Unbelievablely awesome experience. There was a problem outside of their control and they went above and beyond to get my car taken care of the same day. (Other companies would have made me wait a week while they wait for the supplier to sort things out.) These guys have a client for life! Also, they answer the phones quickly, are courteous and green you as soon as you walk thru the door, no matter how busy they are. Thank you Leonel and crew!

Ridiculous customer service. The one thing you want from your mechanic is trust and these guys just exceeded it. Brakes squeaking so I took it in. Called me 20 min later telling me that I don’t need brakes and it was just a bit of moisture. Rotated tires for free so it’s not a wasted trip. Thanked me for my military service and saw one guy get a hug from another patron
