I was assisting my sister, whom lives in WA state, shop for her motorhome in CA, as she could not find what she was looking for in her state. I stopped in at RV Supercenter in Menifee. Jerry was kind enough to assist me. He was patient and knowledgeable and allowed myself and my husband to test drive a unit. Chris was an expert when it came to the questions I had about the drivetrain. Thank you, gentlemen, I appreciate all of your expert and professional help.

This place is different from all the RV dealerships we went to. This place feels more like a mom and pop shop. Josh is a smart guy and knows his trailers. He was not pushy what so ever and makes it his goal to find what your looking for. Veronica in finance is awesome, and I can't wait to come back and work with her when we are ready to purchase. Unfortunately, we were not able to move forward with the purchase due to financial issues on our end. Veronica kept her word and refunded our deposit. Legally, they are not obligated to do it, but they stand by their word and customer service. They earned 5 stars for their honesty and great customer service.

If ur not sure what or who to talk with about parts needed talk to John!! He was understanding, helpful and kind. Hard to find these days. So had to pick up part today and My RV start battery died but once again John was Awesome helping a disabled customer, thanks again for everything!!!!
