(October 26, 2022, 10:37 am)Our main water line had a leak, and after calling around for a plumber, Downs Plumbing was the only one willing and able to help me right away, and within an hour Pete was already working on the problem. Very professional, honest, local, and very reasonable with prices. We will be using Downs Plumbing from now on, and thank you Pete for taking care of us with an urgency.
(October 18, 2022, 10:48 am)We’ve used Downs Plumbing 3 or 4 times now & plan to keep using them. Pete is very professional, easy to get ahold of & reasonable in his pricing. Nowadays it seems that many plumbers just mark up their prices, but with Pete you don’t ever feel like you’re getting ripped off. If you’re looking for just a real/no-nonsense plumber, I highly recommend Downs Plumbing.

After two visits from another plumber who offered scoping and other expensive options, I stumbled upon Downs Plumbing online. I gave Peter a call and he came out same day, completely resolved the issue, and told me if I have any issues to give him a call back. If you’re looking for a good, honest guy who has the local knowledge needed for Sun City and Menifee issues, this is your man. Good work, good service, highly recommend.
(June 12, 2022, 1:07 pm)Very responsive when another company failed to respond to my request after 2 days. Downs came out the same day and then came back the next day to complete the job. Made suggestions that would save us money and preformed top-quality work.
