The first personal training session was actually really good. Valentino delivered exceptional knowledge of training concepts and nutritional information. The score is 10/10 so far. :)
(August 26, 2025, 8:06 pm)The manager Curtis helped me sign up after he gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. Him and Valentino (personal trainer) were friendly which made me feel welcome. I highly recommend him and his team to help you find a membership that fits your needs.
