I would like to thank Jennifer and John for their awesome customer service. They were able to help me with my acorn stairlift. My grandson lost the key to the lift. I had made several phone calls everywhere to see if I can find a key because my mother is coming on Friday and today’s Wednesday. I even called acorn stair lift and they could not help me until five days from now. I called made simple stairlifts and within about an hour they were able to help me. Great customer service. I recommend them to you because they truly care.💜

John the owner is such a compassionate guy. He really cares about the people he meets and helps them go to places they couldn’t go if it wasn’t for the mobility he offers through many ways. I visited stairlifts Made Simple this week to get some information on several products they carry for my 80-year-old Beautiful and Treasured Mother. I was so impressed by the knowledge of Jennifer and the owner John and grateful for their kindness to spend so much time with me.
