“I don't normally leave reviews for fast food, but I have to now. I've started treating my family to this location as they are far superior than the one closer to my residence. On this specific visit, I was greeted in the drive-thru by a very friendly females voice. At the window, I asked an employee for a military discount and he punched it in for me. The discount was larger than normal and when I asked about it, Michael told me he accidentally gave me a 25% discount, but that it was alright. Whether accidental or not, I really appreciated it as I have a large family and it can be rather costly to eat out. Anyway, this location always has the friendliest and most professional employees of any fast food joint I've ever visited. They've never messed up my order, and every time I go, their service is top notch. Michael and his team of coworkers definitely deserve to be recognized for their dedication to quality fast food customer service. Bravo Zulu Michael and team, you all are truly a shining example for all other fast food restaurants to follow.”

“As the responsible person for a dear friend and Vietnam Navy veteran requiring safe haven with medical and personal care as well as social activities, we reviewed recommendations and visited several senior living facilities. Pacifica Senior Living was by far the most attractive both in facilities and staff. We have not been disappointed. In particular, the hard working care staff led by Resident Care Director Rachelle, is extraordinarily competent, attentive. responsive to all manner of circumstance and marvelously friendly. When a difficult medical or personal issue arises they go the extra mile. I've come to know many of the other staff throughout Pacifica as well and they could not be more responsive and helpful. It is so reassuring to know that the care of residents, whether it relates to medications, other health issues, social activities or assistance in daily living is of prime importance each and every day. Kudos to Executive Director Rance Leth for the positive environment and marvelous staff assembled. Well done Pacifica! And a heartfelt thank you for the care our dear friend now has.”
