I have lived here for 3 years and have chosen this place, because it's close to work and affordable. It's at least $200 below market rate, is a small community, comes with a garage and is pet friendly.
My refrig did go down, my dishwasher won't drain, but nothing a call to maintenance won't fix.
I will sign another lease.

With two new apartment communities opening up and East Riverside apartments rent considerably more, Tuscany Hills is no longer a bargain. They have doubled my pet rent from 25 to 50 they've made the pet rent two tier or three tier based on weight. They are now charging for covered parking spots which they weren't there is also a monthly $3 administrative fee which wasn't part of the least the last time. It's just a place to live it shouldn't cost that much to live. Then they increase my rent for the third time by $70 oh, so that's $210 in three years doubled my pet rent which does what?? Raise the market value of a one-bedroom apartment from 1100 to 1500 if everybody else around us is pain 1500 guess what? The market rate is now $1,500 a month. Find a community that will support your loyalty and give you a reasonable ran for a reasonable place to live. The parking is always crowded the power to the community has gone down at least four or five times since I've lived here that means total power outage for the entire Community for five times. We must have been on a grid that wasn't thought out or planned for and now they're trying to fix it. Tenants always use their parking garages and storage which means there's no parking available for friends or family Jared the pool I've lived here three years and in summertime it's always crowded with kids no parents are there watching or there's a huge family of 25 people that has taken over the pool area with a barbecue and ghetto blasters. Management always says that they're going to take care of it and they never do never never never. Gerd if I've learned anything this apartment community has went from self-managed to a third-party management and it's all about the money. I've seen it firsthand
Tuscany Hills Apartments is a great place to live and its amazing how quiet it is here. I have no complaints at all. Also the management team are awesome. Tasha and Ellie will go above and beyond to get things done and I am very grateful.
I'm going on yr 2 at Tuscany Hills & I have no complaints. Tasha and Ellie are the best anything I need they're on top of it. Maintenance is great as well. The apartments are also well maintained & QUIET.
Tuscany apartment is a wonderful place to live. My family moved here few month ago. It was hurry move in. And we met with Tasha & Elli the managers. We explained our situations. And right then and there they did all they can to help
Us move in fast as we can. More then apartment managers they have became more of a friend. We did have exprienced horrible managing service from other apartments previously and to live in property with friendly & carrying managers is wonderful. Not to mention the property is well managed. And what ever concerns we have i know Tasha & Elli will be there to help us and solve the problem with us. We love this place even more because of this two!
