I had to sell my dad’s house after he died which was a very difficult and sad decision to make because he loved his home and lived there for many years. I was referred to several realtors but after speaking with them, I felt their only priority was making their commission and did not show any empathy of my situation. A friend of the family referred Eddie to me and immediately I felt he understood how hard this was on me and he took the time to explain step by step the process of selling my dad’s house. He constantly kept me informed every step of the way. Had lots of patience explaining every detail and even went out of his way to make sure things that were needed were done. For example, I live an hour away and work full time, I needed to install a few lights and fire alarms, Eddie actually went to Home Depot bought and installed the items himself. This is just one example of many things he did to assure the house was up to code and ready to sell. He worked around the clock and even while on vacation to make sure everything was done right. He explained every document to me and gave me advice to benefit me not his business. The house was sold really fast and most importantly to a family that fell in love with my dads home.
