The Holly Springs storage facility is very easy to access and clean. I want to thank the staff at the facility especially site Manager Paul Souders. Paul was very nice and made everything easy when setting up my unit contract and finalizing everything when I was done. Great storage place!

Simply, we had a stressful move after a poor experience with UHaul. Paul was a friendly face during this ordeal including troubleshooting problems. If you are looking for a storage area, this is the place to go!

I'll start by saying, if you need a storage unit in the Cary/Apex/Holly Springs or surrounding area, do yourself a favor and rent at Extra Space Storage. I moved from Michigan back to NC, and I looked around for the best deal, reviews, and customer service, and literally Alan and Paul have setup a really good thing here at Extra Space Storage. Yes, Alan and Paul are real, and they are the most helpful people I've met. I set everything up through their website, and it honestly could not have been easier. The whole process was user friendly, very well explained, and simple to complete. To my surprise I received a very prompt and pleasant call from Paul to make sure I had no questions and felt good about everything. I showed up a few days later and I was happy to find the facilities to be quite modern and very well secured. Alan was present in the offices and very helpful, and like others have said, the elevators and facility layout is very convenient, and the carts are a life saver! Also, to further qualify why you should rent from Extra Space Storage, I have been in digital marketing and web management for many clients over the years. I know what a good website takes, and I know what excellent customer service takes, and Extra Space Storage is run by people who really honestly care about those things, and I have been impressed at every aspect of this experience. Stop searching and just rent here!
