Bethany at this store is AMAZING!
I cannot thank Bethany enough for her patience, expertise and amazing customer service!
I came into the store in distress because my phone had a close encounter with WATER... While I was completely freaked out gazing at my life in pieces all over the countertop, Bethany remained calm and confident!
Bethany took care of EVERYTHING... After the HAPPY dance, I left the store with a smile on my face as she fixed EVERYTHING. Bethany went way out of her way to make a MetroPCS customer very happy!
I hope corporate and all management knows what an amazing employee she is. I didn't have much confidence in MetroPCS for past experiences - but - Bethany and Bethany ALONE turned my opinion around!
