My one true complaint with this place is their telephone system is not the best, its pretty hard to get a hold of someone there, youre better off just going in person to make an appointment. That being said, all my expectations for this hospital were blown away, 10/10. I went in for an OBGYN check up, and was assigned with Dr. Robinson, I LOVED my experience with her. She was so nice and informative. I remember sitting there thinking "wow, I am absolutely loving this. I feel safe and secure in here, this is great!" Got checked in with literally no wait time (but I know it can vary from person to person), vitals were taken by an equality charming nurse, and I was in and out with all the information I needed in about 30 minutes. Really love this location, very happy to know this place exist within the community. I look forward to my next check up. Dr. Robinson in the gynecology department is amazing, youre in good hands with her.

I was really impressed with the services and the people that work there, they all was very professional and courtesy. It was very clean and the wait time was reasonable. During this time of COVID 19, they were very protected of their staff and others, practice good safety procedures and very organized in the process.
I've been a patient at Kaiser for years and I would have never thought I would say: I preferred to attend MLK instead because of the services and care for patients. I would like to continued coming to MLK, let see what happen.

Long lines because there is usually only one teller. 3 stars *** ..UPDATE 4 stars****

However ..the one teller was spectacular.

Several managers on duty, but one teller.

Wait to cash check was 20min ..too long.

UPDATE: Usually 2 tellers now ..wait is cut in half
