“If you want to be treated like you're the only patient they have and if you are tired of being treated like nothing more than an insurance claim, Look. No. Further. From the first instant that I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly, asked graciously to put on one of their masks for safety, and get this..... the front desk staff was Genuinely concerned with how I was doing today. I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort. I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs.
