I went here last week and although it was a little crowded I was impressed on how the receptionist were so patient and were able to help everyone. They were both very helpful with all the information I received. My son was happy with his glasses at a reasonable price. I recommend this place to anyone. Take some snacks for the wait!
First visit was on 12/01 for my daughter who mind you was born with a rare eye disorder, the staff was very nice and understood how I couldn't wait for another pair of glasses, they provided 2 options to expedite the order, which I did. They said it will be a couple of days to arrive and being that I was paying for the first frames, they offered the free order from my carrier as back up. I called today for the glasses, at first the receptionist worried me when she said the expedited order was not placed and it would take 2 weeks to arrive, I was in disbelief and explained what took place on Saturday, she said she would look into it and call me back. I received a call within 5 minutes, the order was placed and were ready to be picked up and apologized for the mix up, I thanked her for looking into it, I picked them up shortly after and did not have to wait. Definitely will be returning for future needs!
I have been here twice and so far my eye exams with Dr. Vu have been great! He is very welcoming and makes patients feel comfortable. He gladly answered all my questions. The optometric assistant was also very friendly. I have heard some negatives about other aspects of the center such as long wait times, but as far as the eye exam with the doctor, I felt well taken care of.
