“I have been seeing Dr. Jeff Francis for over 13 years now. He has seen all of my adult children and is now seeing my grandchildren. He is absolutely wonderful, full of caring, kindness and very good dentistry. He takes his time with us as his patients and explains thoroughly what he is going to do before performing a procedure. One of the many highlights of seeing him is his injections, I can honestly say you hardly even know you are getting one, which is a huge bonus if you have a fear of shots. “Our Akita Dylan ruptured his cruciate ligament and needed surgery. Dr Saldanha was very knowledgeable and explained the injury and the surgical options in a way that was easy to understand. All the costs and the rationale for each was explained. Dylan had his surgery yesterday and we brought him home today. All discharge instructions were explained. We are very pleased with the care and compassion of the Vets and all the staff.”
