He was patient, polite , helpful and yet very professional over the phone. The quality of the spa cover Is amazing! Very durable and made to perfection. You can tell the family takes pride in their work because of the quality craftsmanship. I definitely recommend this business if you are in the market for a new spa cover. The prices are very comparable and after doing some research, they are less expensive than most. Keep up the great work Manny and Family! illusion Spa gets an A Plus for this rating!
