  Absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is a friendly safe place to be, Sereniti is just wonderful helping us find our perfect place here. She has been on top of everything when it came to the moving process… everything is just perfect I couldn’t be happier here. Highly recommend Canyon Crest Views

  The experience from start to finish with leasing manager Serenity was definitely one to be appreciated. She was more then helpful went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. To anyone looking for a new home Serenity will definitely be top tier in making sure you're needs are met. Excellent customer service glade I can now call this place home

  I have been looking at different properties in the community for a few weeks and was completely blown away by the customer service I received when visiting this property. Serenity initially reached out and she was really sweet and inviting! My appointment was schedule with Erica for the next day to view the property available and Erica was completely amazing. She was very friendly, helpful and made the experience very smooth. I had so many questions once I left on application process and updates and even though I felt so annoying , Erica was completely patient and helpful and made the stress of applying for a place so much easier to deal with. She even let me come back to see the property again after my initial visit. The next day serenity followed up with me with updates. The team that I’ve dealt with has been so amazing and has me very hopeful that I will be a resident
  In the community! I recommend taking the time to look here if you’re needing to relocate in this area !

  Erica and Serenity in the front office are great and always so helpful. Their entire team including the maintenance staff has been nothing but professional and helpful over my last 3 years here at the views it’s been great! The apartments are in a good location close to a shopping center and not far from the freeway! Great place to call home!

  My overall experience with living at Canyon Crest View Apartments has been exceptional. I relocated from Phoenix AZ 10 months ago and when looking for apartments the friendliness and sincerity we received from Erica made us not want to look anywhere else. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and attentive all our needs. There are issues such as older appliances, the extra charges for water and hot water which is why I give it 4 stars. It would also be a benefit and an attraction to more tenants that after their initial lease has expired that they would get a discount for signing a new lease but I understand these are issues related to the economic climate and aren’t controlled by Erica and her team! You have all been a please to work with and look forward to many more years of residency.
