Quest Diagnostics Riverside 4646 Brockton

This location was super quick. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I like that I was able to check in on my phone and walk straight to the back when they were ready for me. (They text you when they are ready) I’ll definitely come back in the future when needed.

The whole thing was pretty fast...i made appt on line and got there n checked in on line and i waited in my truck...got a text to go in...walked right in to the back...got my blood taken and done ...the whole thing took less than 20mins...i wud of gave 5 stars but it actually kinda hurt when she poked me.. usually it doesnt but i think she was over her work day because they looked really busy...but if anything i wud suggest go early before the nurses are stressed out...

The quickest appointment I ever have had. Apointment schedule for 11 am. I signed in at 1050 and was on my way at 1108. I love that they were sticking to appointments and no walk ins

First time I have ever made an appt & then was put as walk in. After 30 min. Past my appt time I asked & was told to wait again while she took in pts that appts were after mine. Been coming here along time & never have been treated like this before…! Not real happy with their professionalism. Yes I do know what it’s like to deal with pts I was a RT.
