(August 31, 2019, 12:23 pm)Today, I drove up to a friendly atmosphere. The owner greeted me with a smile that says it all. As I waited, I was offered coffee. The customer service was superb. My car was clean and I left with a smile.

I haven't seen service like this since the good old days when the attendant would pump your gas, wash your windows, check your fluid levels and check the air pressure in your tires. I went to University Auto Spa in Riverside with my Service Dog while my son was taking a class. I was standing out front because there was shade and it was hot out. Not only did they wash my car, they brought me a folding chair to sit on and a bowl of water for my dog. Then when I moved around to the side thinking my car might be finished soon, they moved the chair around for me.
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED
THANK YOU for restoring my faith in the service industry.

I went to University Auto Spa in Riverside with my Service Dog while my son was taking a class. I was standing out front because there was shade and it was hot out. Not only did they wash my car, they brought me a folding chair to sit on and a bowl of water for my dog.
