“My car was taken in to have the bumper replaced due to someone backing out and ripping my bumper off on one side. My car was sent to Calliber Collision for repairs. The gentleman that would work on my car @ Caliber Collision was prompt and courteous when calling and keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He had information including the cost of repairs within a few hours of dropping off the car. He called the next day with an update and to let me know my car would be ready later that day. I was not able to pick up my car that day due to work. He allowed me keep my car their until the next morning. When I picked up my car, the staff were nice enough to allow me to leave my rental car. The repairs and paint job were immaculate. The lady behind the counter was very nice and accommodating to my needs. It’s a shame and annoying when one has to have repairs to their car because of other’s mistakes. It’s a blessing to have one’s car repaired by the staff @ Calliber Collision and receive excellent customer service and quick repairs to get one back in to their car. Thank you to the gentleman @ Calliber Collision for the quality repairs, the excellent customer service, and the prompt and courteous service and updates throughout the process.”

“There isnt a public bathroom, no cash back, but there is an ATM that charges like $2.50 or $3 so other than that the staff seem kinda stiff at first but they're just hard to get through at first and then they're pretty cool. I come by here often it's down the street from my house.”

What's unusual is I DIDN'T GO TO CHURCH..I've visited many, from small 2 large churches. .I've was completely FRUSTRATED, IN DESPAIR, HEALTH DETERIORATING dealing with some HORRIBLE CIRCUMSTANCES. PASTOR WALL is a very 1 on 1 pastor. He actually listened 2 me . Considering NO OTHER CHURCH would MEAN WHAT THEY SAY...AN SAY WHAT THEY MEAN...I gave up..I am very reluctant about opening up to people that have no idea what I'm going thru...This man would PREACH and TOTALLY GRAB MY FULL ATTENTION. The FIRST LADY is a WARM, CARING SPIRITUAL WARRIOR. “Very competent, compassionate, and professional female and male EMT transported my 84 year old mother on 6/11/18(approximately 1630 hours)from Riverside Medical Clinic Urgent Care to Riverside Community Hospital. The technician arrived a few minutes before the appointment I'd made, he was extremely nice, very careful to make certain his equipment (ladders, tools) did not cause any damage to my office or furniture, and fixed the problem with my heater quickly - and thoroughly. I'd be happy to have him help me with any service problems in the future. The appointment process might be improved; but once made, the work was done the right way. Customer service at its best!”
