My first time ever to see a dermatologist offfice and great experience. Terry was super nice and she explained it so well and got treatment right away. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you are seeking a top quality, compassionate and highly skilled Dermatology Center, I believe West is the best for the following reasons:

1. Conveniently located all over SoCal. Locations near to both my office and my home. I booked my appointment less than 2 weeks out, whereas having called other centers, the wait was 4 to 8 weeks.
2. Thorough communication from West prior to appointment and afterward making me feel valued as a patient.
3. That was just the beginning. Once you arrive, the service is personable, very helpful, considerate, compassionate and friendly. Smiles all around.
4. They don't waste time. 1st time visit and West conducted a visual skin exam, explained what each and every mole, spot and blemish was, then removed any needed tags and biopsied a suspicious spot. Results forthcoming within 10 days. I batter my feet continuously with long hikes and jogs and the West team noticed some fungus on my right big toe, and prescribed a topical to remedy that.
5. Thorough yet efficient. All the above completed and including the 1st time registration process, I was out the door in 45 minutes.

Overall good experience. The PA treating me (Sharon) was excellent. I could tell the office was busy but that didn't take away from the care I received. The staff were very efficient, thorough, and addressed all of my concerns. I was able to receive a full exam, and procedure within an hour. The procedure itself was virtually painless and Sharon explained the procedure well so I knew what to expect. Definitely recommend!

I arrived and it was busier than I expected. They were very kind. I could tell it was a sought after place because there was a bit of a wait. When it was my turn the nurse was very thorough in her questions, though she didn't make me uncomfortable at all. The NP who I saw was incredible. I felt heard and understood, and she took the time to explain everything and her reasoning behind what she was thinking. I really appreciate that. I left hopeful and uplifted, which is a huge accomplishment for any medical practice in my opinion!
