Vision into Reality Events

We hired Rolanda for a few events and the last one being the latest few weeks ago. Every time we worked with her she’s been incredibly helpful and respectful and responsive. Sometimes we got in touch with her during off hours and still had a very helpful response from her. She’s outstanding and professional with creative ideas and ideas willingness to do things at their best. At the last event she stayed at the venue till late as per the requirements from the venue staff and made sure everything was taken care off before we left. I can’t thank enough for her help and planning. My entire family and friend circle noticed her presence and how she had everything working smoothly. I hired Rolanda, better known as “Ro” from Vision to Reality for my husband’s 50th Mardi Gras party. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Trying to plan a party for 100+ people in our backyard proved to be an overwhelmingly task from the start. I knew right away I needed to hire someone. From our initial conversation, my mind was instantly at ease. I knew I hired the right person to get the job done. She was quick at responding to all my questions, was able to find vendors that were quite honestly very difficult to find for my Mardi Gras theme (like finding someone to make fresh Beignets) and provided a lot of insight on how to make my event absolutely memorable for our family and friends. On the day of the event she was prompt, arriving a few hours before to help decorate and facilitate vendor arrivals and set up. During the event, she made sure none of my guest lifted a finger. She was found helping in ways that I didn’t even except. What was even more pleasing is that she was so personable, interacting with everyone while at the same time working. Ro is a absolutely amazing. She is a one woman show with all the right connections. She helped to execute an event that our family and friends will be talking about for many years to come.

I hired Rolanda to help us plan an epic birthday party for our 5 year old son.
