The maintenance staff of Sadi, James and Fuat always go above and beyond in keeping the building operational on a daily basis, especially during inclement weather and unexpected situations. Any apartment issues are addressed and repaired in a timely manner and the grounds are kept clean and safe. They are always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They are a credit to the Halstead Apartment complex.

Friendly management staff that is quick to respond to inquiries. I really appreciate the maintenance crew at this apartment complex. They're very thorough when they do their preventative maintenance in the individual units. As well as demonstrating their knowledge when it comes to answering my questions regarding certain maintenance processes.

Pros : Great Community, Newly Built with all new appliances. Feels great . Great Jungle Trail Behind that helps calm nerves .

Management is well responsive and provide immediate Solutions when tickets are raised for any issues .

Gaelyn Martin is one of the best person in management . She helped us with everything, showed us the sample flat , cleared our doubts and helped us onboard quickly.

Cons: Kids play Area and Swimming Pool are missing . Rents are high and people expect these small things to be part of community.

Advice To management, please try adding atleast a Kids play area so kids can enjoy during summer.

Overall a great place to live .

I've lived here for a few years and could not ask for a better place! The apartment was brand new when I first rented it and I really love the contemporary feel of the interior and getting to use modern appliances. I have an electric car and the multiple car-charging spaces were a selling point for me.

The location is exceptional with lots to do within the local area. It is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a movie theater and about a minute’s drive to a grocery store. Although I don’t go there much, the common areas in the main building have excellent amenities for people that want to get together and a great gym with plenty of machines.

I’ve lived abroad in multiple countries in Europe and this is by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. Gaelyn and Chantal have been so helpful with any requests that I’ve had and are a pleasure to have in the community. They always offer prompt and comprehensive responses to my questions and do their utmost to make me feel welcome and content. I’ve only ever had to put in one maintenance request and the maintenance team was quick to resolve my issue the same day before I even got home from work. I see them around the community from time to time and they always say hello. The common areas in the buildings are kept clean and tidy which makes it all the more inviting to come home to.

I think that Halstead is excellent for the money and I don’t really have any complaints. This is a great place to live!

Honest review. The apartments are super nice, new floors, new appliances, and fresh paint. Quiet place to live, very very very clean always . The staff does an amazing job keeping the buildings/clubhouse very clean. Maintenance requests were always handled very quickly. You can pay rent, make maintenance requests, post to community bulletin board, all on a convenient app on your phone. Amenities of clubhouse are nice. Nice trail behind the building to walk your dogs/take a walk outside. Very close to all sorts of outlets/shopping/restaurants. Rarely ever hear my neighbors so it is very quiet. Really nice place to live and pet friendly too!!

I had Dr. King for two of my pregnancies and he was the most kind, respectful, intelligent OB I’ve ever had. I went through 3 OBs before I got to him and he is the best! 😊 There was a receptionist here that didn’t know what she was talking about, though. She told me I had to switch doctors at the end of my first pregnancy because supposedly they didn’t accept the new “Obama care” insurance that took effect around this time. She said they only accepted “straight MediCal”. Once Obama Care came around, I had to choose between IEHP and Molina… I don’t know how all of that works whilst still being considered MediCal… but she made me believe I had to switch doctors and I was devastated. When I got pregnant again, I decided to call and see if perhaps that lady didn’t know what she was talking about.. and behold, I was told by a different woman that they do accept IEHP. If not for that horrible receptionist, I would give 5 stars.

Great doctor very insightful on stages of pregnancy, listens and answers all questions even those related to outside maternity resources!
