    Yani from ADT came out and installed the alarm system at my parent's home. He was very professional and courteous. The installation process was very smooth. I appreciated the time he took to do everything right, including answering all my questions appropriately.

    We just switched back to ADT after eight years with Moni, and we're very pleased.

    The 5-star rating is a direct result of Alert Vonk being our installer. He did an amazing job of integrating existing components and adding new. And when he ran into home network issues, he worked through them quickly and methodically. He even happily completed the install of one external component while it was raining. Couldn't ask for a better installer.

    He had to come back a second day to replace a gateway, and when the dispatch calendar said the earliest available date to complete the work was over a week away, Alert was able to get it scheduled two days out -- and then called the very next morning to tell us if it was convenient for us he could come right out and complete the work. That is a great example of dedication to customer satisfaction. Thanks Alert!

    I recently had camera's installed at my home. I have to say I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Yani Alvarez the technician who came to install the equipment. He did a very clean installation job and kept me in the loop on everything he was doing. He explained how the system worked in detail and answered all of my question. If this review was solely on Yani Alvarez it would have been 5 stars. I have to say Catherine the sales lady who my wife spoke to over the phone either lied or was not knowledgeable of the companies equipment. She had said the door bell and cameras were 1080 and it turns out they were only 720. Also she had said their ADT door bell was superior to Ring but that turned out to not be true as well. Over all we are satisfied with our new equipment and thank Yani Alvarez for all he did.

    On 9/28/2018, Devon & Carlos upgraded our equipment. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They were helpful and patient explaining our service changes. These guys were awesome. Thank you.
