Post Box Plus

I use to wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to finally open the doors and it got me angry. So I talked to the manager and I was told that anyone with a 24hr access P.O. Box is required to have a door key and that Post Box Plus can’t be held liable if people aren’t able to enter and get their mail. I have 24hr access to my P.O. Box and wasn’t able to get to my box because I didn’t have my key…I was getting mad cus they were opening late but it makes sense to just get a door key. I finally purchased a door key and it makes my life a lot easier cause now I can access my box whenever I want. This place use to have really bad service but since it’s been under new ownership, the service has been so much better. Customer service is great! This place needed a change.

Convenient place to drop off your packages that need to be shipped. When I first came to this establishment I was greeted by a nice young lady and when I went to drop my package off, the post office lady was just picking up the orders so it was out the door that very instant. I would do business with them again.
