Been getting my meds here for years most of my experiences have been pleasant...! When there have been issues they have been resolved fairly quickly!

Great service by the staff, especially the girl who just went to Peru. I can't recall her name right now but she is outstanding and should be promoted. She went out of her way to assist me with the photo kiosk when I was having trouble and kept checking on me. She is extremely warm and has great customer service skills. Very even temper which is important. She looks you in the eye when she is listening to you or speaking to you. I go in there and if she's not there sometimes I won't stay.
The manager on duty for the store was not friendly or helpful. She just stood around and did nothing. She was like Lurch. Did not get a good feeling from her. Don't know her name but she's short and on the heavier side. Just didn't seem like she knew what she was supposed to be doing? The other girl in the photo department was doing just fine without out her assistance.
