(June 26, 2020, 3:42 pm)Lori, Jennifer, and Carolina in the Engineering are a pleasure to work with. I needed an encroachment permit. I found them to be solution focused, customer oriented and fast. They were really easy to approach, and work with. I got everything done over email. Only had to come to the office to pay and collect my permit. Thank you ladies :)
