“First we were greeted with excellent customer service at the front desk. The gentleman working was able to answer all my questions. The pool/hot tub is amazing, they have laundry, room was so clean and tidy. The free breakfast and dinner was delicious and I didn't know it came with the stay so it was even better! “Parkview dental makes you feel so comfortable. They remember you even if it’s been years. They know that people feel anxious about going to the dentist so the put you at ease. The dentists are great and the receptionists are super nice. But Mirna is my favorite. She has been working here for years and totally understands how patients are feeling. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She is like a good friend who has your best interests at heart. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. The administrator has assured me that measures will be taken to improve this situation and address my concern about my experience. I want to thank Mr. Groves personally for his immediate response to my concerns over this issue. They have a very friendly staff and are taking good care of my wife. The staff is the greatest asset of this facility.”
