“The club on Madison in Riverside is great. Team members Veronika and Troy are always helpful and nice. When Veronika is working the women's locker room is always clean and well supplied. I recently started back at the gym and got a trainer for my first month. Ryan Munoz was a terrific trainer. He listened to what my goals were and made a plan to get me there. When I was having knee problems with specific movements, he changed my exercises so I could build up the strength in my knees without injury. In addition the other gym members have been very helpful, when I need a little assist on certain machines. I can say that I have had a really positive and enjoyable experience at this club.”

“Always busy, so be prepared to wait. There is usually a wait at all their locations. Staff is beyond accommodating (Riverside) so we don't mind. It's not their fault so we wait patiently. Dr Chang is to the point, efficient. Asks about blood pressure, etc. I've read a couple reviews saying he's curt, but I think he's just to the point. Dr Chang knows his trade and that is important to me. Rancho Cucamonga had beyond terrible reception. Back office was good, but the reception was so rude that we haven't been back to Rancho since. Reception has no empathy for their clients. It was a hot day, no room in reception area, they would not allow patients to wait in their car and call or text when they were ready for them. Elderly patients outside in heat waiting over an hour. Disgusting! Riverside they are very aware that a large amount of their clients are elderly and accommodate. They always allow my mom (98 years old) to wait in car and call us when they are ready. It takes them less than a minute to call, but that keeps us coming back there, no matter how long the wait is.”

“We had my mother staying at this rehab for close to a month. The physical therapy staff works very hard as well as the nursing, LVN and CNA services. Most of them try their best to do the right job. The social worker and case manager were very helpful. The business office assisted us with some issues. We recommend this place strongly. The entertainment department does a good job to make the residents happy and entertained. Every single person dealing with us was very professional and nice.”

There were a few bumps in the road and then the Covid-19 pushed me back and I gained back the weight I lost. Brianna called me and said I was next In line and I began losing again.
