Riverside Urgent Care

Went here for a last minute college sports physical. I waited about an hour, which isn’t horrible for a walk in. Can I just say, Dr.Morris was awesome! They had me out as fast as possible after getting in the back office. Plus, it was half, or even 1/4 of the cost of some of the urgent cares in the surrounding areas. Definitely would recommend! (:

I have had to use this facility a couple of times. One daughter with swimmers ear and another caught pink eye at a birthday party. The option to be able to schedule a visit and check-in online was great. I filled out paperwork and able to photograph insurance cards and ID card. The wait wasn't long and the staff was friendly. Both times we had very nice physician assistants help us. The parking in front is limited and tight for my suv but there is plenty of parking in the structure and an elevator to get inside.

I was recently treated at Riverside University Health System Medical Center and had the worst 6 hour experience of my life. Not to mention I came out with no answers. But I wasn’t going to give up. I then visited riverside urgent care and I must say I had the best experience I was seen by provider last name, Laird. She was so amazing so compassionate to hearing me out! She didn’t make me feel crazy over my symptoms I knew something was up. I walked in limping and not being able to stand straight or breathe from the pain. And I woke up feeling normal today after her care! She didn’t give up on finding a solution for my health. I would definitely recommend this urgent care aside of my provider the staff were sweet and efficiently fast!

Great experience, from the online appointment registration to face-to-face with the doctor. The front desk was polite and helpful also.
Nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and offered helpful advice as to where the nearest pharmacy is to pick up the prescription. I'd come back here again, if I ever needed to.
