James was very thorough and detailed. Explained every step to resolving my issue. He kept me in the loop during the process. When I arrived home I could tell my home had been treated thoroughly and properly. I am very satisfied with the work from tru pest solutions. Thank you James
(August 15, 2018, 11:59 am)I highly recommend TruPest Solutions! James had come out to treat my house, which all cases are different. We had ants everywhere but bc we kept spraying it didn’t look like it when he showed up. But trust me they were there. He was very businesslike and kind, he went over everything very well. Inside and out. Very professional about it all. You have a warranty with them for the first 30 days, the price is great, one of the best ones found. It’s been almost 30 days now and still no ants. Okay well a few here and there but overall it’s been pretty well cleared outside and in. I would recommend to anyone, so give them a call! It’s not just ants treated either. Thank you James for the wonderful service!
(August 3, 2018, 8:25 pm)After doing my research and comparing price quotes with other local companies, we decided to go with TruPest to take care of the ants, spiders, and other pesky crawlers in our home.
Kelly was super responsive and was the very first to get me the price quote. After comparing her price with the others (TruPest was way lower), it was an easy decision to make. She was very professional, and so was James, who explained in detail about the services and the price structure. We chose to go with the quarterly maintenance program.
James was at our place this morning, 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, to treat our home. Explained what he was going to do very clearly. Did a thorough inspection of our property, removed all the cobwebs around the home and applied the pet and people friendly treatment to every nook and corner, both outside and inside. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
TruPest is TRULY THE BEST!!! I will certainly recommend them to all my friends, and to anyone seeking pest control.
