Prices are quite expensive from what my friends have told me but honestly this place provides a lot: trash compactor, printing lab, pool, grills, personal gym, dance room, laundromat, study and conference rooms, convenience store and market, meal plan option (no other housing facility offers this), parking, easy access to the freeway via Watkins, Glen Mor Fields for open Rec Fridays 5-8pm, close access to campus, and a lot of other bits and pieces not listed. If you have the money to live here or get FAFSA incentives like myself, I highly recommend living here. Everything you'll ever need will be here.”

As a result, they deal with a lot of homeless on an out patient basis when they should be inpatient residents. So if there is a complaint about the homeless, take it up Reagan or his party.”

“The Palms to Pines hike from Palm Springs to the top of the tram is one of the most strenuous dayhikes anywhere, taking you up 8,000 feet over 12 miles. Mike and Dan are superb personal trainers who talked me up it in 7 1/2 hours. Stretches and electrolytes prevented cramps, so it was painless. What views! What a sense of accomplishment!”

“Great! + Good authentic Chinese food. + Great flavor, large portion at a reasonable price. + Good service, especially from the nice lady. Like its name suggests, this restaurant specializes in "hot pots". However, instead of calling them "pots", I think "bowls" would be a better name, because, as far as what I ordered, it's just a bowl of soup with hot pot seasonings. There are many things in my hot "pot", some are more common in the States, like thinly sliced beef, spam, tofu, and meatballs with fish and shrimp. Others like napa cabbage, wide glass noodles, enoki mushrooms (flammulina velutipes, for those who are extra sciency), and beef tripe (stomach) are more familiar to Chinese people. They also have more dishes that's not so exotic too. But be aware that the spicy level here is Szechuan level too, that is *spicy*. I suggest you get mild spicy first. Comparing to Tenren Tea Time nearby, which serves Taiwanese Hot Pot, I like the food here more.”

“Got a sea salt coffee and mung bean milk tea. The coffee is nice and not sweet with the solid Vietnamese coffee flavor I expect. The mung bean tea is the hidden star as it's so delicious. The consistency is a lot denser, like a taro milk tea. I'm so happy we have this place in Riverside now.”
