(September 3, 2020, 4:25 pm)I recently ordered some yogurt starters - shipped faster than expected (yay!), effective & attractively-styled packaging, but best of all, the products work! :^D Haven't tried them all yet (ordered a set of 10 & don't want to try to manage that many strains at once!), but have ventured in to both mesophilic & thermophilic and they've all gone great so far! #positivelyprobiotic
(August 27, 2020, 8:47 pm)I love the variety of cultures you can get at Positively Probiotic. All my cultures arrived strong and healthy. The Egyptian hibiscus kombucha is delicious. And I’m enjoying the different flavor profiles of the three kefir cultures I got. Tibetan Mushroom is my favorite. If I need anymore cultures, I’m definitely going to get them from Positively Probiotic.

(June 17, 2020, 5:07 pm)Recently I was searching for a Lebanese yogurt starter. What a joy to find it at Positively Probiotic!!!! ? The order arrived in great time and within the hour was already heating the milk and once it was cool enough stirred that culture into it and incubated the works for the amount of time it called for ? imagine my extreme delight after it was cultured and then refrigerated for 6 hours, I eagerly took my first bite... DELICIOUS!!! Precisely what I remembered having at my favorite Greek restaurant and had been craving that exact taste but never being able to find it ANYWHERE except at Positively Probiotic !!! I have been making a new batch every day because my children and I love it so much ?? anybody wanting a starter I absolutely recommend Positively Probiotic!! Thanks friends, each spoonful is a rainbow to me!
(June 9, 2020, 7:24 pm)Every single culture that I have ordered from Positively Probiotic has been lively and productive. So far, I have tried black tea kombucha, MANY of their mesophilic yogurts, a couple of their milk kefirs, and most recently, crème fraîche and San Francisco style sourdough. I've been so pleased with everything I have tried! I like how the company has started to include bacteria/yeast info on the cultures. Every day we have smoothies made with homemade kefir and/or yogurt. We make the best jalapeño & cheddar biscuits with Positively Probiotic's Russian kefir instead of buttermilk.
