Ron Gautreau, the technician, from Heaters Only did an excellent job installing our water heater. He was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest and professional experience.

My water heater started leaking last Sunday. I sent a message to Water Heaters Only and they responded in a few minutes. I told them what the problem was with my 50 gallon gas water heater. They sent a tech the following day with a new water heater. Tech Alexis installed it and cleaned up when the job was done. Alexis did an outstanding job! The new Bradford White water heater was professionally installed. Drain pan included. They are all professionals, from their office staff to their techs like Alexis!

Mike came out only a couple hours after our call about no hot water. It was also a holiday! The water heater itself is great and the installation was very professional. Highly recommend!

Called on a Thursday and Daniel G came out the next day and installed our new water heater and brought everything up to code.

He was professional, very clean and explained everything clearly!

And it was so freaking hot, but he did super!!

Fidelity Home Warranty sent people to my home when my pilot light wouldn't ignite. They suggested replacement but informed me that I would have to have custom-built cabinetry installed before I owned the house, removed, and re-installed. It would have been terribly expensive. I called around. I spoke with three businesses getting quotes for each. WHO was the lowest-price. They offered Water Heaters that aren't Rheem. I started to research, Bradford and White are long-standing, have good reviews, and a better warranty.

The other companies said they would try to remove the water heater without removing the cabinets. The others suggested they would need two men to do the job.

WHO said they could do it in 4 hours with one man. I was doubtful.

Then came install day.

And Marcus showed up.

Professional, courteous, kind, fun, personable, AND CAPABLE. This guy did SOLO what I was told was a job that was both "impossible" without the suggested modifications to my garage OR required TWO men.

And all the while I would come out and check on him from time to time to make sure he had water and was welcome to use the restroom if he needed it. I'd crack jokes. He'd laugh. We'd laugh. I've NEVER had an experience with someone coming to my home to make repairs like this, NEVER.
