“Always busy, so be prepared to wait. There is usually a wait at all their locations. Staff is beyond accommodating (Riverside) so we don't mind. It's not their fault so we wait patiently. Dr Chang is to the point, efficient. Asks about blood pressure, etc. I've read a couple reviews saying he's curt, but I think he's just to the point. Dr Chang knows his trade and that is important to me. Rancho Cucamonga had beyond terrible reception. Back office was good, but the reception was so rude that we haven't been back to Rancho since. Reception has no empathy for their clients. It was a hot day, no room in reception area, they would not allow patients to wait in their car and call or text when they were ready for them. Elderly patients outside in heat waiting over an hour. Disgusting! Riverside they are very aware that a large amount of their clients are elderly and accommodate. They always allow my mom (98 years old) to wait in car and call us when they are ready. It takes them less than a minute to call, but that keeps us coming back there, no matter how long the wait is.”

“I signed up on line for two shots at the pharmacy. I asked at the drop off desk where I was to go. She took my COVID record card and had me sign agreement that I had signed on line. Then was told I had to wait in the chairs outside the pharmacy. I was called to the cash register and paid my copay for the shingles shot. Then they filled my prescription for my blood pressure medication that I was going to pick up later in the day. A few minutes later, I was called into the office. Pharmacist made sure it was me and that I understood all the possible side effects of the drugs. And made sure I understood the shingles shot was two times and that's all. She was very gentle and patient with my concerns. I received a shot in each arm. They said they had lots of shots today and I even offered to come back another time, but they wouldn't have it! Good experience, but was very crowded for 11 am.”

“I love this pharmacy and every employee! I was at Walgreens and Rite Aide for years and I always had problems and felt like I was just a number. I get monthly prescriptions and it’s been so nice since I started coming here to be treated with kindness and compassion and to not have to wait for ridiculous amounts of time for service. There was an issue with my prescription one time in a year and they were very apologetic and have made sure it never occurred again. I am so grateful for this pharmacy and everyone who works there. They help to make an already stressful situation regarding my health a little easier.”

“Compassionate Caregivers that are Reliable, incredibly capable, and understand the needs required to truly help a Senior that wants to stay HOME! Choosing the right agency was paramount, so I contacted the Depart of Aging in Riverside, CA. Rene gave me a few suggestions, and the agency at the top of the list was Senior Homecare Referral Agency. I looked at the websites of all three agencies and found Senior Homecare Referral Agency. I especially liked Tim Crawford, he not only sold me on in home care but suggested I look at more than just his agency. He was more concerned about us finding the right ‘Caregiver’, and not the right ‘Agency’. He suggested we interview as many Caregivers to find that golden caregiver, and how finding the RIGHT CAREGIVER is our first task to a successful in-home care environment. That sold me on Tim, and after just 2 Caregiver interviews we found the right lady with the best attitude and experience that fit perfectly into the home. What a godsend, for the entire family, to know care is provided and we can call, and check-up whenever we're in town. We feel extremely fortunate to have had Senior Home care referral agency help us navigate this very tricky and confusing situation. What initially started out as an easy assignment, turned into a more challenging one as the illness progressed. Tim was always a phone call away even late into the evening.
