Well, the one hour or so initial consultation with Jackie did not disappoint. She was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my daughter, and answered whatever questions she and I had for her. She covered a lot of ground regarding the procedures my daughter wanted to go through. At the end of the consultation my daughter was convinced this is where she wanted to do her treatments. “Reading these reviews i am very surprised, and not exactly what i experienced. I was at this Rehab for 6/21 to 6/22, 1 year. I was well taken care of , and the staff was Great !! I especially, was helped by the Physical therapy department, and they were #1 ,always encouraging and patient .I cant say enough good things about all of them. As for the food , I liked it and thought it was very good , and they have a side menu if you dont like the main menu. The CNA's were all caring and motivating . Overall , I would go back if I had too ! Thank you all for my Care !”
