“I use to wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to finally open the doors and it got me angry. So I talked to the manager and I was told that anyone with a 24hr access P.O. Box is required to have a door key and that Post Box Plus can’t be held liable if people aren’t able to enter and get their mail. I have 24hr access to my P.O. Box and wasn’t able to get to my box because I didn’t have my key…I was getting mad cus they were opening late but it makes sense to just get a door key. I finally purchased a door key and it makes my life a lot easier cause now I can access my box whenever I want. This place use to have really bad service but since it’s been under new ownership, the service has been so much better. Customer service is great! This place needed a change.”

“The United States Postal Service in Riverside California is conveniantly located off of The I-215. This is a large facility open till 6pm daily and is a full service post office. The workers here are courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to be sure the packages they handle here are done correctly. They also have an after hours self serve machine and passports are done here as well.”
