“So far so good. I went through the course and have been on the road for the last two months. The starting pay is enough to get you through to the next level. When you finish your 10 month initial contract, the goal is to buy a company vehicle and the company will keep you working so that you can pay off the truck and help train new drivers. I like the Idea and am looking into doing just that. Logistics is tough but that must go for all of the larger companies moving freight. The driver managers do the best they can and I like to work with them not against them so that the experience stays positive. I give CRST a thumbs up!!!!!”
