I don't rupically hand out 5 stars but had to due to the incredible work done to my crosstour by John and his team. My gf was involved in a pretty bad accident and began looking fir body shops. Our availability and insurance situation was a little difficult to accommodate but John maintained a professional attitude and displayed great patience with us. When we finally surrendered the car we added some work that we wanted done out of pocket ofcourse and he accommodated that very well. He helped me source parts on ebay and charged very little (in my opinion) for the additional work. The car looks amazing. I was considering getting g rid of it due to other small issues it has but after seeing how well it looked when John was done was incredibly inspiring and actually show it off to friends and family. Truly a diamond in the rough, please consider ACRS when looking fir a good quality body shop with integrity and customer service that actually shows. Cheers!

John is literally the best guy ever! His whole team is amazing. Got me in and out before the week ended and I wanted my car ASAP and he went above and beyond that. He patched up my paint just because they care. This is my third car John has worked on and it’s always better than I brought it in. I will recommend everyone to this shop and always use them in the future. They are quick and get the job done right. Go to John you won’t regret it he’s the best !
