Casey is a down to earth and it’s nice to have someone in the motorcycle community that takes his time and makes sure when you get your bike back your not bringing it back down to the shop the next day cause you have another issue. And yes this has happen to me many times with other shops. I highly recommend him ????????
Brought my Dyna into Cafes Customs on recommendations from a friend. I’m really glad I did. Casey did everything I asked and more. All to the highest level and with detail and professionalism. He even cleaned the bike! I feel bad for bringing him such a dirty mess! The work he did was amazing, the bike feels like it’s been given a new life. On top of the great quality work, it was super fast (he had it for one day), and he communicated with me the entire time, which is super important to me.
Found some stuff that will need done at a later date, but he didn’t try to upsell me or force me I to paying for a repair I couldn’t afford right now. Didn’t make me feel guilty about it either. Totally understanding. When we talked about those future repairs he actually talked me out of the more expensive route that I thought I’d be taking and into something that makes more sense for my riding style and budget.
Overall, a great experience. Great mechanic and nice guy that I feel I can trust.
hands down one of the best shops and mechanics I’ve been to. Casey has worked on my bike for a decade now and I have never had an issue that he couldn’t fix or make way better. Hes not just good at what he does but he’s passionate about it. His heart is in his work and anyone who gets their work done by him will have the comfort in knowing that he will put 110% into it. I have referred many and will continue to do so. I won’t have anyone else touch my bike. If you go to Casey, you won’t find anyone better.
Cafe has been taking care of my bike for years now. His attention to detail and impeccable work is testament to his passion for his craft and the culture I love as a motorcycle enthusiast. Avoid the stealership and support small business by taking your bike to some one actually cares about happy customers quality work. I cannot say enough good things about Casey and Cafes Customs. You will not be disappointed.
I found Cafes Customs after asking for "recommendations" on Facebook. I met Casey the afternoon I dropped off my bike for service. He took the time to have a conversation and we got to know each other a bit. He felt like an old friend from our first handshake.
The scheduled maintenance was done in about a 1 day turnaround, along with a couple of recommended parts, accessories, and service. I took the bike home and then made a two-up run this weekend to Julian. The bike performed flawlessly and had an overall "better" feel. One of those things you just can't put your finger on. Perhaps it was the confidence that I had found "my" mechanic?
I have always taken exceptional care of all of my vehicles. Casey just raised the bar on the Harley side of the garage. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and let Casey tackle your scheduled maintenance, performance upgrade, or repair. You'll be glad you did!
