Beautiful setting on a winery resort Europa.
It was a Birthday celebration for me .
Courteous and friendly staff. Chef came by to greet us.
Food was brunch style. Options were varied. From omelette to rib eye, salmon, paela etc
Everything was outstanding.

The food is undeniably delicious... Pricey and smaller portions than expected, but the taste is worth it.

The grilled octopus was possibly the most tender I've ever had and the jicama with the caesar was fresh and refreshing. Paella was a little salty but still very good.

Bolero's foods are unique and exquisite.
I think it is one of the best quality restaurants in southern California.
I love this restaurant and I'd like to recommend visiting this restaurant.

I ate a grilled octopus.
They used a black stone plate, and garnished with tomatoes and potatoes.
Also, put red (marinara) and green(avocado sauce) sauce like a drawing.

I ordered 12 oz Newyork steak.
It is really well matched with yellow sauce.

My wife ordered seared filet of seabass.(marinated in Valencia orange juice with artichokes)

We both enjoyed a steak and a seabass.

Beautiful winery with great views! Bolero is really good as well. Lots of tapas and other dishes are offered. We got the paella, empanadas and shrimp toast. Absolutely delicious. Closest thing you can get to experiencing tapas and paella from Spain. 10/10 recommend!

One of the best Spanish inspired restaurants in Temecula. Food is very good. I love the Brussel Sprouts appetizer and their Paellas. Their Tomahawk Steaks are very good as well. They also have a weekend Brunch Buffet at $59 for adults and $29 for children.
