(August 10, 2020, 6:00 pm)Great price for one on one training to a quiet gym. Studio upstairs had an experienced instructor. Very friendly and inviting staff without the pressure of sales like most gyms.

I haven’t seen a trainer who really takes there time to show you every move and you ca n really tell he cares about his client. I would highly recommend Adam I just started with him but I am definitely can’t wait to see result
