While I haven't had too much interaction with this office as of yet, I have been with State Farm for nearly 40 years and I will be honest, the reason I have stayed with State Farm is because of Susan Bailey.
Susan is my go-to person with any insurance questions and needs. She has always gone above and beyond, and she truly has the client's best interest at heart. I know I'm in the best hands with her handling my policies. I can't say enough positive about how she represents State Farm and now that she is with Rick's office, I know anyone who is lucky enough to have her handle their policy will have the same, positive experiences I've always had.

I cannot say enough good things about Rick Douglas' office and especially his Multiple Line Representative, Robin Welshiemer. I have had all of my insurance policies with them for many, many years, and have always had stellar service. Robin is cheerful and personable and always very responsive, efficient, and professional. She is also proactive and clearly cares about her clients. Recently she noticed a higher mileage estimate for my auto policy renewal than would be typical for me and she investigated. Her hunch paid off and I saved over $150. In these days of automated technologies, I'm not sure most insurance companies would have discovered that, nor followed up with the customer, but it's this sort of attention to detail and true "customer service" that keeps bringing me back. Robin and everyone else in the office I've talked to have handled my requests with courtesy, care, and timeliness. Outstanding companies and personnel like this deserve sincere thanks and hearty kudos.

I have been a customer of State Farm for several years. I have insured several vehicles a day been happy every single time. I call in my payments monthly and Kim has been so helpful. She is very responsive to all of my questions and has gone above and beyond to help me understand it all. I continue to use this location because of her wonderful assistance and polite customer service. Definitely recommend to those in the area looking for top notch service.
