Self Defense Systems

I have both of my kids enrolled in classes and Mr Nick couldn't get more perfect for their role of teaching my kids self defense. I am looking forward to watching them both excel in the Self Defense Systems.

Amazing atmosphere and amazing people, love how welcoming it is for any beginner or veteran martial artist to be able to come in and feel like a family member right away. Nick and his team take time to get know each person, work on their strengths and/or weaknesses while keeping it professional and comfortable to everyone.

Nick is an excellent instructor. My daughter and I have been training with him for a few years and in that time we have learned an immense amount of martial arts techniques. Nick does extremely well teaching both kids and adult classes in a very professional, consistent manner. If you are new to the martial arts world or experienced this is the dojo for you. You will learn a variety of skills, and techniques in order to become a complete fighter!

Amazing training! Nick Villa takes his time teaching and perfecting the techniques.
I get to go at my own pace which helps me build confidence in what I'm learning.

I have been training with Nick for a few years now. He’s excellent! He focuses on techniques and real life scenarios. Additionally he will take time to give you specific attention to your capabilities and goals. So if you want to learn advanced material and you’re ready he will teach you. I have never felt bored in one of his classes. I am so excited for this new venture of his! If you are looking for an excellent instructor look no further!
