(July 9, 2019, 7:45 pm)Excellent service from our waiter Jason. We had a booth in the back that was a great people watching spot. The food was exceptionally styled, presented and very fresh. Starting after 6:00 it really got busy. Highly recommend a visit here.

The restaurant is located near the Hotel Valet entrance, so ask to park at the Hotel valet not casino valet!
Umi gets real busy so reservations are recommended but not required. Very busy on weekends but staff is attentive and food is good.
The personal service is not going to be the same as a stand alone Sushi restaurant because this location is in a casino and their main concern is flipping tables and cover counts not individual customers, so please be advised!

Had the calamari to start, which was some of the best we have had, plus edamane with a delicious garlic soy sauce, of which I purchased some to take home! Dinner was so very good and the service was outstanding! I wish I could remember our waiter's name, he made our evening special!!
