Punctual and pleasant. My Akita's coat was blowing out and after weeks of finding hair balls everywhere my wife had it. After two hours of furminating and a few baths my 100lb. pup was looking like a show dog. for the price tag of 75$ and two and a half hours later it was well worth the price. Great Job!
