Lance is amazing! We were relocating to Temecula and needed a nice rental until we could settle in the community and begin house hunting. We started with one agent but she had a conference so with our timeline she gave us to Lance to help while she was gone, we stayed with him through the entire process.
She was so sweet but I truly feel Lance was meant for us all along!
Lance was so helpful, so patient and quickly responded to all my emails and texts! He made himself available to our chaotic schedule and showed us over a dozen homes before we finally chose one, he knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us so many different options to choose from. We really felt like he was on OUR side, he wanted to make sure we were happy, and never at all pushy for us to pick one and get it over with, MIND YOU, this is just for us to rent!
On our last visit, we went through one of the houses, desperate to just get a place, I almost overlooked everything wrong with it, maybe he could tell I wasn’t in love or maybe he was simply treating us like family and making sure we had only the best, but he said something that really surprised me and earned my trust, he said “this one isn’t worth it, the last house was less money and better than this one”.
You'd think a real estate agent would try to push the most expensive house, not Lance! He reassured me not to settle for less than perfect and didn't let me overpay for something not worth it.
That same day, the very last showing, we found our perfect home! He helped us every step of the way to get approved and even had backups in case for whatever reason we didn’t get the home.
We love you Lance! You are so quiet but yet so kind and caring! Thank you again!! We couldn’t have gone through this without you.
I am so excited to start looking for a home to purchase as soon as we settle in.
I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone other than Lance! I can only imagine what he has in store for us! Thank you Lance for helping us find a perfect rental home for our family!
AGAIN LET ME REMIND YOU, he did ALL of this for just a temporary rental home, I can only imagine the amazing permanent home he will help us find with all his care, patience and attention to what we were wanting in a home!
