Starfire Direct

I bought a new fireplace burner from Star Direct and had an issue with the control unit. I got in touch with them and Taelor dealt with me very professionally and was quick and thorough in dealing with the situation. They agreed to replace the part and sent me a prepaid FEDEX return label for the faulty part. I have sent the part back and waiting for the new part to arrive. Hopefully it will come soon and we will be able to enjoy our fireplace this winter. Thank you for the superb service and aftercare service as well.

My firepit was a complete DIY project. Problem was that I really didn't know what I was doing. I had many, many questions about using propane as fuel. Scott Nunes was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the construction. He made spot-on recommendations and provided all the technical information that I needed. As a mixed media artist, I use Starfire reflective glass to give my pieces pizazz! My recent experience with Chip at Starfire Direct gives me renewed hope as a consumer. Since they provide 1 pound bags of all of their colors of 1/4" and 1/2" reflective glass, I have become a regular customer. I put Starfire and Chip at the top of my art materials list!

Showed up at the Starfire offices on a Saturday morning as I was looking to change up my fireplace. Walked in and met with Scott Nunes who helped guide me as to what I would need. Showed me a huge selection of different glasses colors and shapes plus was able to provide detailed videos of how to complete my project. I was able to pick up everything I needed there to start and finish the transformation, which took less than a day to complete. Scott was so helpful as to how much glass to order and what size burner I would need. Even took my call during the project to reassure me of the correct burner size. Very happy with how the fireplace turned out and would buy again from Starfire and Scott without hesitation

Mari was amazing as she coordinated the return of our initial water bowl order. It did not fit with the look we were trying to achieve. We ordered a new water bowl and two firebowls as well. We could not be more thrilled as they matched our new pool perfectly. Thanks again Mari for patiently working with us to achieve our dream backyard oasis.
