Marvin was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He first came to provide his professional advice on where best to install each device and estimate. Marvin went the extra mile to make sure my wired RING install was perfect. He also made sure I was set up on the APP and everything was working correctly before leaving. My relationship with Hi Solutions began a decade ago. I called them out to my home (OC CA) and I was so happy with their suggestions, installation and implementation, I sent them to my parents home in La Quinta, CA. When I sold my home and moved to Nevada the new homeowner called and engaged Hi and he loved them. Then, I asked the team to come to my home in Reno and they did. I have since referred them to two of my friends building custom homes and they have loved them. My dad loves them so much he has asked them to come to his home on the east coast to replace a very expensive system with their simple solutions.

That is the key right there. Hi Solutions can be as simple or complex as you like. I am a techy guy but there is an elegance to a simple solution like Ring + Sonos + Lutron all nice and tidy in my iPhone Home Kit. If you want or need the Control4 type systems - they can do that. I did not go that way but have been thrilled with the quality of the products installed and most importantly the quality of the service provided.

Long story - but we moved again and who did I call first? Hi Solutions. Longer story - we may move again and I've already told them to get ready to load the van.

Installed: Sonos, Samsung TVs, Lutron Switches, Eero WiFi, Ring Security, Ecobee and Nest thermostats.

Two years ago we hired Unify Smart Home to install smart lighting in our home and to help us connect smart devices that we already had. Unify integrated our lighting with Sonos audio and our Nest thermostat along with Alexa and our iPhones to create a seamless home automation experience that we didn’t know was possible. Since then, we have used Unify to install a new WiFi Network, Door Locks, Garage Door Control and Security Cameras. But this week, we added our favorite upgrade. We just remodeled our bathroom and Unify installed Lutron Automated Shades (we have now also ordered for our bedroom). These guys are Honest, Professional and have exceeded my expectation at every turn. The installers were courteous, on time, and took the time to explain our experience and integration options. Randy (in customer service) called us after the shade was ordered to give us an ETA and he also called us the day it arrived and was about to get a tech out for same day installation. The team at Unify truly cares about your home automation experience. They are truly a 5 Star experience. Thanks Unify.
